I don’t wear shorts often, but sometimes the weather just calls for them! I’ve always loved the look of a duster, shirtdress or kimono in a lightweight fabric layered over a pair of high-waisted shorts on a hot day. I love the security of having a long outer-layer on top of shorts and a tank, just in case I want a bit more coverage for running errands or whatever else the day brings.
